How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–4 business days after confirmation, and it may take a little longer in remote areas or during big offers.
Will you confirm my order?
Yes. Our customer service calls you before shipping to confirm availability, specs and your address.
How much is shipping?
100 EGP for Cairo & Giza and 150 EGP for other governorates. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you place the order. Pickup from our branches is free.
Can I check the product before paying?
Yes — you can inspect the product with the courier to make sure it matches your order.
What do I need to provide?
A complete, valid address and a phone number we can reach. If we can't reach you or delivery fails, the order may be cancelled.
What about delays?
