Your share (deductible)

  • Total loss: you pay 50% of the market value
  • The phone counts as a total loss if repairs exceed 60% of its value
  • Accessories not returned at claim: battery 10% of the invoice value, earphones 1,000 EGP, charger 1,000 EGP, USB cable 500 EGP
