Return the item within 14 days of purchase if it's in its original condition.

Defect within 30 days

Defective items can be returned within 30 days with a technical report from the brand's service center.

Refund

You get back the amount you actually paid, as shown on the invoice, using the same payment method.

Conditions

  • Keep the original purchase invoice.
  • The product must be in its original condition with all box contents.
  • You can exchange for another product of the same value shown on the invoice.
  • For defects, we deliver the product to the brand's service center for you; the time to issue the report depends on the brand.
